Electrical Safety Testing
Periodic inspections of electrical installations should be conducted at least every five years for commercial premises, and once a year for high risk public environments such as schools, hospitals or swimming pools.
We will carry out a complete electrical safety inspection of your premises, certifying that all electrical services comply with the latest regulations and advise any work required in order for the installation to comply.
We also conduct regular safety tests under contract as required. Once a contract is set up, our system will automatically send out a reminder when certificates are close to expiry, removing the need for you to monitor the testing in-house.
We carry out the design, installation and testing of fire alarm systems to BS5839 in all types of commercial environment. We will visit the site and design a system to suit your needs and then, if necessary, get approval from the local fire authority to ensure compliance once installed.
We are familiar with regular testing on any make of fire alarm panel, and take on the servicing of many existing systems. In most cases six-monthly certificates are issued and once a maintenance contract is set up, our system will automatically send out a reminder when certificates are close to expiry, removing the need for you to monitor the testing in-house.
We can create and install a system to meet your needs, or repair any existing luminaires.
We offer an upgrade service to LED fittings which use up to 90% less energy and last up to 10 years.
Emergency lighting should be tested and certified at least every twelve months. Our electricians will attend site and carry out a full test to make sure the system will be operational in the event of a power failure.
The report will highlight any repairs required to the system, along with a quotation to complete the work.

We install commercial CCTV systems on any scale from one camera up to thirty two camera systems. We use high-quality night vision cameras which automatically record onto a hard drive secured on the premises. The cameras detect movement and begin recording, and the footage is saved for up to three weeks.
We can fit vandal resistant or PTZ (Pan, tilt, zoom) remote control cameras of any type.
The images can be viewed on a monitor, PC or remotely on a laptop, iPad or mobile phone. We will visit your site to design the system with you, then install, commission and show you how to use it.
We can add or remove cameras at any time and can repair or maintain any existing systems.
Many property management companies use us for both planned and reactive electrical maintenance. We can attend sites periodically (e.g. apartment blocks) to ensure all lights are working, fire alarms are operational etc. We can also be on hand when something goes wrong and we are needed at short notice.
Our emergency call out rates are very competitive, unlike many competitors we are not out to profit from our customers when they need us most.
